Terms of use
The conditions for using talar.is during the pilot — in short.
1. The service
talar.is is a web course of Icelandic from the alphabet to CEFR A1 with lessons, cards, tests and a speaking tutor. It is run by talar.is, Iceland ("info@talar.is").
2. Free of charge, pilot
The platform runs in demo / pilot mode: all services are currently completely free. Features may change, be limited or withdrawn, and data may be reset. We will try to announce such changes on the start page in advance.
3. No warranty
talar.is is provided "as is", without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The tutor is an AI system and can make mistakes in Icelandic; do not rely on it for official exams or decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
